2010 Symposium

The 2010 Symposium issue of our Journal (Issue 20, Volume 2) is available here.

In 2010 the University of Minnesota Law School and the Minnesota Journal of International Law hosted the biennial conference of the American Society of International Law’s (ASIL) International Economic Law Interest Group.  The conference, entitled “International Economic Law in a Time of Change: Reassessing Legal Theory, Doctrine, Methodology and Policy Prescriptions,” was held on November 18-20, 2010.  The Symposium was one of the largest symposia ever held at the University of Minnesota Law School, attracting scholars, students, and practitioners from around the globe.
